After my neighborly love a couple weeks back, it was time for pay back. Something yummy and comforting right?! Hubs was pushing for a recipe cousin Lauren had made for us over the summer. So meatloaf it was. And not just any ole meatloaf, but Turkey Meatloaf with Feta & Sundried Tomatoes. It's something serious and a side of orzo with roasted veggies… mmm, mmm, good. Luckily, baby girl was napping so I had some real time to get in the kitchen and do it up. Only when I put it all together it looked kind of measley. Thanks goodness for slice and bake cookies. Not homemade, but made with love and they never disappoint.
