bella rustica
Today was packed and a long to-do list lay ahead of me, but I got a wild hare late afternoon and decided I needed to get out. So I took a drive out to Franklin to a barn sale - Bella Rustica. I don't even know how to describe it. Eclectic, whimsical, junk (in a good way). Lots of funky personality in every booth and the sunshine with a cool breeze didn't hurt. Shocker… I didn't buy a thing, well minus the "elvis" cupcake from ice this cake. It was banana w/ peanut butter icing drizzled with chocolate and topped with bacon sprinkles… just in case you were wondering. Anyway, it was a nice break and cool to discover this little group of creative, crafty folks. If you go, check out Vintage Junky - she had my favorite booth of cool finds and her chalk lettering was fab.
