baby, it's cold outside

Over the river and through the hills to grandmother's house we go.

Once again, we packed our bags and headed to Nashville for the holidays. And just in time, because Old Man Winter came down with quite a bit of snow. Everything dusted with white and the wind whipping it in large gusts across the field. We all stood at the window watching. If only we had a baby moosh snowsuit. Instead, we layered two fleece pj's, a sweater, a hat, and a mini patagonia jacket on Miriam. She flew like a plane, arms stretched and head back, giggling into the wet flakes. Then it was back into the house to warm up that red nose and peel off all the layers. What a day to be home.

  2. I'm so glad that y'all made it over the Plateau safely and were able to make it home!

Also, I need to talk to you about baby shower invitations- it's early days yet, and the shower won't be until March or so, but I want something really cool. Tenn Hens time!
