road trip
Currier (my biz partner) and I hit the road this week... bound for Paducah, Kentucky. We were off to give a pitch for some new business. While we were there, we figured we'd do a little exploring - research for work of course. First we checked out the Quilting Museum and it was fabulous. These are not your grandmother's quilts we're talking about either. They were true piece of artwork. Bold colors and patterns, beautiful hand-stitching and intricate details. Then, we walked around Main St and there are plenty of cool old buildings. Not much going on, but you can imagine what it must have been like in it's heyday.
